Information for All Guests

DURING YOUR VISIT

• Guest(s) agree that premises shall not be occupied by more than the number of people stated on the rental contract. Minors (under 18) are not to be left alone or unchaperoned.
• Our properties belong to individual owners. Please treat their property like your own.
• Do not adjust controls inside or on the fireplaces.
• Do not feed the birds on the decks (it gets messy). Feed them at the beach.
• All units are non-smoking.
• Absolutely no pets are allowed in unit or on the premises. There is a $200 cleaning charge and forfeiture of the unit without refund of deposit or rent if violated.
• Please remember that you have neighbors. QUIET HOURS are from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. Please respect the other guests and owners.
• Please bring your own towels for the beach.
• Telephones provided for local calls only - no long distance.

PREPARING FOR DEPARTURE

• Empty your trash in outside dumpster.
• All towels and linens will be laundered when the unit is cleaned after your departure.
• Make sure you have not left any belongings - check drawers, closets and bathrooms. Remove all of your food from the refigerator and cupboards.
• Turn off fireplace, TVs, stereos and all lights.
• Close and lock all windows, doors and blinds.
• Leave the tagged key on hook by door and the lockbox key returned to its proper place outside. There will be a $25 charge if keys are not left in unit.
• Please have all dishes cleaned and put away.
• The extra key on the tagged keys is for the laundry room.
• If you move furniture, please return it to the original position.

Please remember you have left a security deposit. The condominium needs to be left undamaged and intact or you will be charged accordingly.

We hope you enjoy your stay and will return often. Always be careful around the ocean. Never play on logs as they can roll easily and do not play on the rocks in front of the units as it isn't safe.
